Can I talk to a Person?

Please email us at support@camposanto.com! In your email please give us as much info as possible:

  • Your system specs.
  • Any controllers your using or have plugged in
  • What you were trying to do when the issue occurred.
  • If you purchased the game through Steam or GOG
  • Screenshots/save games are great 
  • (bonus) Your save game located in:
    • ~/Library/Application Support/CampoSanto/Firewatch/saves

OR for Mac App Store users

    • ~/Library/Containers/com.panic.Firewatch/Data/Library/Application Support/CampoSanto/Firewatch/saves/
